- The developer of Forest City is Country Garden Group, a Forbes World’s biggest 500 Public Company and the World Second developer by space delivered. They have developed more than 700 high-quality real estate projects around the world. This is a joint development with EDSB, shareholder of Iskandar Malaysia, held and supported by the Johor State Government.
