Since the introduction of CEA in 2011, the industry/profession is learning to come to terms with the salesperson role no longer being the broker but the professional realtor representing either seller or buyer, or in the case of leasing landlord or tenant and not both.
In many situations, who exactly is the salesperson representing? What is the difference between a client, or a customer, or a prospect?
This talk seeks to discuss and bring a clarity so as to better equip and prepare a salesperson not to get into muddy waters and to hopefully raise the professional standard for the industry.
