Synopsis : A real estate salesperson is always involved in multi-party affairs and we are not talking about the lovey-dovey type, but on the business relationship among salespersons, agency, clients and even the co-brokering salespersons.
How to have a successful relationship? From the fundamental basis, salesperson should recognise what is their position before they proceed, crossing over to the wrong boundary could result in problematic situation.
This session seeks to provide clarity and highlight some of the intricacies, certainly an insightful exploration on the complexity of a relationship (so as to make it the common good for all parties).
