Synopsis : When there’s risk, there’s opportunity!  Not unfamiliar to us, Collective sales, otherwise known as En bloc sales, often means big commissions!

However, these opportunities often come with unexpected “mine fields” as a consequence of negligence, incompetence or fraud. Several of these have been carried in recent press reports of en bloc sales that have gone awry.

The C&H Group is therefore happy to put together a seminar that will provide an overview of these cases.
