LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney), POA (Power of Attorney), & wills are such important documents for a salespersons as when situations arise, they become the ‘make or break’ factor of the transactions, i.e .without them, the transactions may be stalled altogether.

Do you know the difference? How to use them & when to recommend your clients to use them?

This talk will also deal with the latest introduction of the LPA by the government through the Office of Public Guardian (OPG) – a very useful & important development for our aging & more affluent population.

Our former COO, Kenneth Tan who has just re-joined legal practice will share on this very important topic.
