- ABSD (Additional Buyers’ Stamp Duties) & the other cooling measures has been in force for the last 6 years alongside with the most recent relaxation measures announced in March this year, it looks like ABSD will be have to stay for at least for a while.
- With the last 2-3 months sales figures pointing to a 4 year high surge in the private home sales.
- Did the market have begun to adjust or come to terms with the ABSD?
- This talk aims to look at the trend of transactions and suggest some ways, or methods of managing the ABSD.
- Kenneth Tan would also hope to garner feedback from the participants to suggest other or additional ways or methods in managing ABSD.
